Supported by the prestigious Nexus Awards at Johns Hopkins University, the Rethinking Iran Initiative began an 18 month series of convening at SAIS entitled, “Can Sanctions Be Reformed?” Brining together a practitioners and analysts from across the political spectrum, our panelists discussed and debated the reality of sanctions, the challenges with sanctions reform, and the road ahead.
